August 5 was my oldest Daughter her Birthday, since its vacationtime we didnt do a party for her, she rly never had a party because of that but we do always try to do something special on her birthday.  Ofcourse there are gifts too.She got a hairstyling set from phillips, which she has been wanting for 3 years allready, Ive gotten her the 20qball which rly is not so easy to get here in holland. We gotten our hair done on her birthday and later that day my mom came to visit us for her birthday. Merel loves  pizza so we ordered her a pizza. We picked up some indian food for ourselfs and  after wards ofcourse there was cake.

Today on august 6 My mom took us to the castlefest in Lisse. Thats some kind of fantasy/medievel event. So all three of us got dressed up. (Antonio stayed home looking after Anarosa) My mom bought Merel some kind of a gothic somewhat looking dress that she liked and although there where many lil  and bigger fairy statues, I didnt got myself to buy any of them because they where really  well priced. The store here in Amsterdam where we often go is cheaper and a lot more convienent so I dont have to drag an item thats very breakable all the time with me on an outdoor event. I have made ofcourse many pictures which you can find in my gallery, but since this was a something done for my daughter I will present you guys a picture of her here. Yes, I’m one of those people who like crafting, needle work, cross stitching and much more fine crafts. I also like fairies, since I am now  during my pregnancy kinda immobile and clustered to my bed, I have decided to pick up my cross stitching again.  It ended up in my closet a couple years ago but I have refound my intrest for it.

Cross stitching is an expensive hobby, threads are not cheap and the patterns and other materials  neither. So I’m looking online to find sites that give free high quality cross stitch patterns with fairies of course.

I will add a category with links to these sites that are worth a visit soon as I have a couple. If you know of any sites with such high quality fairy patterns in cross stitch, please let me know.
