Making the cake the birthday of my youngest daughter Anarosa. Shes gonna be 2 tomorrow. All the decorations has been made out of fondant and the cake is in the oven now. As soon as its ready I will start making the buttercream. And this evening when its completely cooled down I will start decorating it. I’ll show pictures when finished tomorrow
Today we went to Casa Jepie Makandra because they have kidsclub ever three first Sundays of the month. Now Anarosa is really too young for the kids club but she likes it there with all the other kids and people. It was nice weather so we went there anyway. When we got there they where setting up the pool so Antonio walked back home to get Anarosa her swim stuff. There was a bbq as well so we had a great time there today 🙂
Since I am active as a volunteer at Casa Jepie Makandra I have been extremely busy. I am full of energy and plans but I got to watch that I don’t take too much on my shoulders. I am running the creativity group now there and I am, full of plans. I am collecting little projects every where from the web and work them out with pictures and step by steps. Then ill print them out and add them to a folder so I can present them there and people can choose from all those things. The plan is to eventually sell those items for a good cause. I’m thinking to donate the income to a community center in a poor country. This summer I will continue to translate and make a presentation of all the projects and to make samples of those projects so people can actually see what it is going to work out like. For now most activities after this week will be shut down for the summer but I keep going.
So they say its summer but to be honest I did not noticed much of it yet. Its so far the coldest summer in 25 years here, at least that’s what I have read somewhere on a news site. I am a little late with the pics again as usual but we went swimming two weeks ago with Anarosa and she had a great time. She looked so adorable in her new dress that she got from her grandmother from Venezuela. The little sunhat just finished the image of my little girl as a sweet little doll. So after I was done taking a zillion pictures, (she would’nt stand still and turns her face the wrong direction just when I click of course)we continues our trip to the pool.
We decided to go to the one nearby and it happened to be a very quiet time there. I can’t really explain why but perhaps because it was not that hot and the bad economy might have made people decide to stay home maybe.
She had a great time at the pool and enjoyed the little slide in the kiddie pool. She loved going with us in the deeper pool where the bubbles and the wild river was and she loved dragging us around going from one pool to another. The fries we bought half time was a great call too although they where very expensive.
So that day was most definitely one to repeat often. Maybe next weekend. We will see what the weather does. Take care ya’ll enjoy your summer.

What did I do this time… I’ll tell ya, last Friday my mom slept here and we brought her to the airport to go to France, She forgot some clothes a blue skirt and a t-shirt and I found them. She had spilled something on it so I figured I’ll just wash them then she has them clean when she comes next time and she can take them home clean, right? So far all that worked out well, except the skirt colored the white on every item I had in the laundry blue… Yeah, that sucks, I checked right away all the things in the laundry, my new dress, used to be off-white with dark black flowers, do I really need to tell you its now light blue with large black flowers? sighs… a few other things got colored too like a towel and my baby girls wash pillow cover and a few other little things, I told my ex it could have been worse, his socks could have been pink instead of blue but he couldn’t laugh about it and I don’t blame him, I’m not too happy either…
