\nThat \u201cmaybe it couldn\u2019t,\u201d but he would be one
\nWho wouldn\u2019t say so till he\u2019d tried.
\nSo he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
\nOn his face. If he worried he hid it.
\nHe started to sing as he tackled the thing
\nThat couldn\u2019t be done, and he did it.<\/p>\n
\nAt least no one ever has done it\u201d;
\nBut he took off his coat and he took off his hat,
\nAnd the first thing we knew he\u2019d begun it.
\nWith a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,
\nWithout any doubting or quiddit,
\nHe started to sing as he tackled the thing
\nThat couldn\u2019t be done, and he did it.<\/p>\n
\nThere are thousands to prophesy failure;
\nThere are thousands to point out to you, one by one,
\nThe dangers that wait to assail you.
\nBut just buckle in with a bit of a grin,
\nJust take off your coat and go to it;
\nJust start to sing as you tackle the thing
